The Twin Creeks team manages the venue’s logistics—including the facility, setup, and in-house services—to ensure the space is perfect for your event. For the smoothest experience, we recommend hiring an independent planner or coordinator to act as your personal advocate. While we take care of the 'house,' your planner focuses on you, managing your external vendors, personal décor, and the day’s full timeline so you can remain fully present with your guests.
To protect your celebration and peace of mind, we simply ask that you obtain special event insurance for your wedding day. This is easy to obtain online or through your own insurance provider. More information will be provided once you are a Twin Creeks couple.
We collect a refundable venue deposit ahead of your wedding, which is returned after your celebration upon a brief post-event review of the property and included items.
You may self-serve beer, wine and seltzers only in the State of Idaho. If you serve liquor, a bartender is required.
You’re free to choose the catering that fits your vision — from plated dinners to food trucks to the world's best BBQ from your Uncle. Many couples bring in their preferred caterers, and our facilities support smooth service.
Twin Creeks offers a caterer prep area with refrigerator space and a chest freezer ideal for ice. This setup is well suited to experienced event caterers, many of whom are already familiar with the venue and its layout.
You enjoy 14 total hours of access for your wedding day plus a 2-hour rehearsal and décor timeframe beforehand — plenty of time for setup, celebration, and last dances. Vendors may deliver outside this window.
