What is your venue's capacity?Our Indoor Barn capacity is 144 guests. See Floor Plan Layout. Our Indoor/Outdoor Barn capacity is 175 guests. If you have more than 144 guest or would like to have tables outside the barn, please contact TCF.

Do you set up my tables and chairs for my ceremony and reception?Yes! Table, chair and linen set up and take down is included in your package. We are happy to help you pick a layout that would best fit your party size and share ideas. Much of this will be discussed during the final walk thru.

Do you require a planner/day-of coordinator?We do not require a Planner/ Day of Coordinator. Twin Creeks will have continuous onsite assistance to help you on your Big Day. If bringing together a wedding completely overwhelms you, it is HIGHLY recommended you hire a Planner (Full planning, month of or day of). You can truly be a guest at your wedding and leave the rest up to your planner. You and your family will be fully present and able to enjoy the big day!

Do you require wedding day of insurance?Yes, either through your homeowner's insurance, theeventhelper.com, wedsure.com, etc. due 14 days prior to your wedding.

Do you have a damage deposit?Yes, the $300.00 security/damage deposit will be refunded, after event staff review the property, within 15 days of your event.

Can we have beer, wine and alcohol?You may self-serve beer and wine only. If you serve liquor in the state of Idaho, a licensed bartender with liquor license is required.

What is your food policy?You may bring any vendor onsite- whether that’s a professional caterer, your favorite restaurant or food truck, or your Uncle Jimmy’s famous smoked meat.

Is there a caterer's prep area or commercial kitchen in the barn?There is no kitchen in the barn. Caterers typically prep off-site, bring self-catering trailers or cook BBQ outside the barn. Caterers may also use the Decoration Room counter tops and fridge for minor prep and storage.

How long do we have our venue?Day of Wedding: 9am- 11pm plus a 2 hour time frame for rehearsal typically the day prior. You and your vendors may drop off with an appointment up to 2 days prior. Vendor days are extended for holiday weekends.

Can we store items for our wedding at Twin Creeks?Yes. You may store items and decorations at Twin Creeks in the Decoration Room of the barn and behind the bar up to two days before your wedding. Please contact us to schedule a time before dropping off items. You may also use extra time at your 2 hour rehearsal to drop off (decor, drinks, ice, etc.) or set up decoration.

Do we have to remove our trash?No, TC will provide trash cans and bags. Staff will also check and remove full trash cans throughout your evening. One more thing off your list.

What type of decor and items are prohibited?Open flames, Confetti or loose glitter of any size, Silly String, send off sparklers and fireworks. Nails, tacks, staples and screws are also prohibited to hang decor. Please use blue painters tape or 3M's removable hangers. There are plenty of approved send off items to use, just ask!

Where can we have our wedding ceremony?We have 3 locations for your ceremony site: Dock Ceremony Site: Over looking Lover's Lake and dock with rolling hills in the background. Aspen Ceremony Site: Two groups of budding aspen trees nestled against a wall of stunning tall timber. Grotto Ceremony Site: Intimate site at the edge of the orchard. Less than 100 guests.

Are dogs allowed?We understand dogs are important members of the family, trust us, we have furry children too. We do allow pets. But only ones that are an integral part of the wedding are allowed on leash.

What are the guidelines for cleanup?Clients and/or their caterers are responsible for leaving the Wedding property how it was set up for rehearsal (tables, chairs and linens set up). All items and decorations must be either bagged for disposal or removed at the conclusion of your event.

When do we have our final walk-through and ceremony rehearsal?TC sends you automated reminders when it’s time to schedule your final walkthrough and your ceremony rehearsal. We schedule final walk-throughs around two weeks before your wedding. Rehearsals have a 2 hour window, 1 or 2 days before your wedding. Your tables, chairs and linens will be set up for you by rehearsal. You may use the extra time during your rehearsal to bring and set up decorations.

How many weddings do you have at Twin Creeks Farm per week?We only have one wedding per weekend at Twin Creeks Farm!
